Hoop House

Worked within a $150 budget and constrained material palette to create a modular greenhouse for Dilworth Traditional Academy to use during the winter months under Grow Pittsburgh's Edible Schoolyard program. Each unit of the Hoop House was assembled using only bent conduit and heat shrunk greenhouse plastic with simple screw/bolt connections, and can be easily disassembled to store when not in use.

Worked with CMU Architecture students Brandon Dareff, Ryan Auld, Rachel Baker, Serra Cizmeci, and Xin Hui Lim
